Honor or remember someone special at the 2012 Epicurean Affair
Your "Message from the Heart" will be printed in a special section of the Epicurean Affair program and will be displayed on the video screen at the event.

$100 per message
All proceeds benefit the David. J. Stewart Cardiovascular Education fund and are 100% tax deductible.
